Who can use this app
CoachUp is not intended for public use. It is only accessible to authorized users who are part of Trickle Up programs or have received specific onboarding.
What data we collect
CoachUp is used to support training activities and collect data related to participant progress. The app may collect the following information from or about student users:
- The name chosen by the user (student)

- Activities started and completed, including timestamps
- Duration of activity completion

Current data handling (offline use)
As of now, CoachUp does not transmit or share any data over the internet. All collected data is stored locally on the device, accessible only by the coach or facilitator using the device.
No data is transmitted to any external server at this time.
Future backend integration
In future updates, CoachUp will support secure online synchronization with a backend managed by Trickle Up. When active, the following data may be transmitted:
- User profiles (name and Trickle Up ID)
- Activity completion records and timestamps
- User responses relevant to program monitoring and improvement
All data transmission will be encrypted (HTTPS), and only authenticated users will be able to send or access this data. Data will be used solely for improving program delivery, understanding usage patterns, and designing better training content.
This policy will be updated when backend integration is officially deployed.
Children's privacy
CoachUp is not designed for use by children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Data access and rights
If you are an authorized user and have questions about your data or wish to request its deletion once online syncing is enabled, please contact your Trickle Up program lead.
